Java Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Java Support Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional technical support and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to ensure successful issue resolution.
- Develop and mature the SRE strategy to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our platforms.
- Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in supporting applications running on Java in object-oriented design principles.
- Proficiency in using Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks (Angular or React).
- Excellent coding skills, including debugging API calls and writing quality-of-life snippets.
- Basic knowledge of UI and API integration.
