Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering competitive operational and maintenance (O&M) solutions, while supporting project sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the wind power industry and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain O&M service offerings, ensuring they meet customer requirements.
  • Gather and accurately interpret customer needs, identifying opportunities for tailored solutions.
  • Review and provide insights on project request for proposal (RFP) documents, helping to secure contracts.
  • Develop customized O&M solutions for specific projects, considering technical and financial aspects.
  • Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Provide technical input for cost estimation and financial planning, supporting business growth.
  • Promote the company's O&M services through client meetings and negotiations, building strong relationships.
  • Define O&M service key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose quality improvement plans, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the wind power industry, with a deep understanding of its complexities.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in high-pressure situations, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse teams.
  • Preferred qualifications include international work experience, an engineering degree or related technical background, and knowledge of business, finance, or legal aspects.
