Logistics Visionary

Our company seeks a strategic and results-driven Logistics Visionary to lead the organization's logistics efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective logistics strategies, managing relationships with logistics service providers, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing process improvements to optimize logistics operations
  • Coordinating with logistics service providers to negotiate contracts and manage performance
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • Providing input on contract negotiations and tenders with logistics service providers
  • Developing and implementing inventory management systems to track variances and resolve stock issues
  • Collaborating with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
  • Managing import/export activities from port to warehouse, including customs processes
  • Designing last-mile distribution tactics to meet customer needs

For this role, we seek an individual with 3-5 years of experience in logistics or a related field, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and extensive knowledge of SAP and MS Excel. Proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively are also essential.
