Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Specialist to join our People Analytics team.
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex dashboards that leverage multiple data sources to identify trends and gaps in organizational performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating, automating, standardizing, and publishing key reports and dashboards within our system to disseminate data and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Building, creating, and maintaining reports and dashboards to identify macro and micro trends, data modeling, and historical data views using advanced analytics tools.
- Analyzing existing data, developing models to predict future actions, and running statistical analysis to deliver actionable insights.
- Carefully handling sensitive employee data while ensuring necessary confidentiality and security.
- Promoting Data-Driven Decision Making by upskilling the HR community in utilizing data and metrics to answer questions and tell stories.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, including Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience.
- Strong Attention to Detail.
- Excellent Time Management Skills.
- Expert knowledge in use of data, evidence-based research, benchmarks, HR, and business metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of statistics and metrics.
- Fluent in English.
