Job Overview

You will also be responsible for reviewing software functionality, updating product documentation, and assisting with data analysis and product reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product owners to understand business workflows and elaborate on product requirements
  • Review software functionality developed and update product documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with analyzing data and support product reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in IT or as a business analyst
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with process analysis or requirements gathering a plus
