About the Role

As a specialist in technology solutions, you will be responsible for creating possibilities and solving problems for our customers.

  • You will establish strong working relationships with customers to understand their business needs.

Working closely with customers on various initiatives is a key part of this role. These include:

  • Architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of cloud and container solutions.
  • Container orchestration, registries, build strategies, cloud storage, and software-defined networking (SDN).

The following are some of your Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Assess, design, and implement core offerings including Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Ansible Tower, Enterprise Linux (RHEL), OpenShift Container Storage, and Kubernetes-based technologies.
  • Quickly learn new technologies, including container orchestration, registries, build strategies, cloud storage, and SDN.
  • Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of complex open source solutions.
  • Adapt to changing customer requirements and respond to incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional manner.
  • Deliver quality results both on-site and post-engagement that meet the scope of assigned projects.
