This critical role will play a key part in driving product success by guiding clients through all stages of implementation, from initial setup to ongoing support.
- Pioneering the onboarding process for clients, ensuring a smooth transition to utilizing the platform.
- Designing and implementing integration blueprints that foster swift and effective adoption of the solution.
- Collaborating with internal teams to configure and customize the platform according to each client's unique needs.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops with clients to guarantee full comprehension and utilization of the platform's features.
- Maintaining oversight of implementation progress, identifying and resolving potential issues, and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Providing continuous support during the integration phase, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-informed.
- Nurturing close relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations, tailoring the onboarding approach accordingly.
- Analyzing adoption and engagement metrics to ensure clients are maximizing the value of the solution.
- Proven experience managing B2B onboarding or implementation of HR, ERP, or SaaS solutions, preferably with enterprise clients.
- Experience crafting and executing integration blueprints and training programs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/project management platforms is a plus.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for working with global clients and internal teams.
