Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fluency Instructor to join our team at Fluency Academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Possess fluent proficiency in English and have a native or advanced level of Spanish.
  • Hold a degree in the field or a related area.
  • Be available for a weekly schedule and have reliable equipment (computer, webcam, headset, and microphone).
  • Teach basic, intermediate, and advanced language skills, including reading, writing, and conversation.
  • Conduct classes efficiently using our methodology and study support materials prior to each lesson.
  • Participate in monthly meetings for agenda discussions, project development, student feedback, and content evaluation.
  • Evaluate and map student development/progress using available tools.
  • Manage interpersonal dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Fluent proficiency in English and native or advanced level of Spanish.
  • Reliable equipment and a stable internet connection.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
