Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fluency Instructor to join our team at Fluency Academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Language Proficiency: Possess fluent proficiency in English and have a native or advanced level of Spanish.
  • Education: A degree in the field is highly desirable.
  • Scheduling: Be available for a weekly schedule.
  • Equipment: Possess equipment (computer, webcam, headset, and microphone) in good working condition.
  • Teaching: Teach basic, intermediate, and advanced language skills, including reading, writing, and conversation.
  • Class Management: Conduct classes efficiently using our methodology according to the lesson content.
  • Preparation: Study and review the support materials prior to the classes to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson.
  • Meetings: Participate in monthly meetings for agenda discussions, project development, student feedback, and content.
  • Student Progress: Evaluate and map the student's development/progress with the help of available tools.
  • Class Environment: Manage interpersonal dynamics to ensure the class is conducive to learning.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that your equipment (computer, camera, headset, and microphone) is in good working condition.
