Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fluency Instructor to join our team at Fluency Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess fluent proficiency in English and have a native or advanced level of Spanish.
  • Hold a degree in the field or a related area.
  • Be available to work a weekly schedule.
  • Have a computer, webcam, headset, and microphone in good working condition.
  • Teach basic, intermediate, and advanced language skills, including reading, writing, and conversation.
  • Conduct classes efficiently using our methodology and lesson content.
  • Study and review support materials prior to classes to ensure successful incorporation of lesson content.
  • Participate in monthly meetings for agenda discussions, project development, student feedback, and content.
  • Evaluate and map student development/progress using available tools.
  • Manage interpersonal dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Ensure equipment is in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • Fluent proficiency in English.
  • Native or advanced level of Spanish.
  • Degree in the field or a related area.
  • Availability for a weekly schedule.
  • Good working condition equipment.
