Support Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative assistant to support our operations and drive success. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in performing administrative and financial tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with procurement, document archiving, and communication tasks
  • Process payments and other financial transactions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor parking lot vacancies and ensure optimal usage
  • Triage and respond to condominium and third-party team inquiries
  • Process purchase orders and requests
  • Authorize general access permissions
  • Coordinate mail and messenger services
  • Organize and archive documents
  • Send notifications and reminders
  • Support administrative processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Middle school diploma or technical degree in Administration
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
