Job Summary:

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to lead our sales and service team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales generation, team management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the sales and service team to meet and exceed sales plans and elevate the Tiffany store experience.
  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present and ensure operational excellence.
  • Deepen relationships with clients to achieve sales plans and drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and acting as a Guest Experience Manager.
  • Manage efficient back of house operations and ensure consistency with established procedures.
  • Partner with Market Operations Manager to reallocate resources to sales and clienteling.
  • Elevate and hire talent to ensure a winning team and create a best-in-class service and selling organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
  • Proven track record in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) system.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A college/university degree.
  • Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred.
