**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leadership Position to join our team at C.H. Robinson. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (domestically)

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to problem solve, integrate, and grow relationships
  • Ability to remain focused and optimistic in the face of adversity and change
  • Strong ability to motivate, develop, empower, and energize others
