**Requirements**

  • Ruby on Rails (3+ years) and React (3+ years)
  • Strong opinions on software development, but open to debate
  • Ability to quickly adapt based on data, insights, and direction
  • Internal drive to continuously improve
  • Great attitude and work ethic
  • Solution-oriented, self-starter, and team player
  • SaaS experience is a plus
