Supply Chain Operations Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and be able to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Main Responsibilities:- Incorporate medical devices business strategy into regional strategy: identifying opportunities, developing capabilities, and creating infrastructure roadmaps.
- Collaborate with E2E Service Integrator Manager to implement key initiatives and improve service levels within a value equation.
- Translate S&OP outputs into actionable Deliver execution plans and monitor their execution.
- Contribute to regional S&OP process by deriving logistics costs and ensuring plan execution.
- Optimize inventory levels, drive cost performance, and provide visibility to inventory implications of E2E planning processes.
- Serve as single point of contact for Deliver across Regional Segment Supply Chain.
- Drive Segment Business Planning (Deliver SG&A).
- Feed Customer Insights into E2E Supply Chain solution building for superior service experience.
- Ensure flawless NPIs within region and influence on NPIs strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain related disciplines.
- Strong skills for multiple stakeholder management in matrixed environment.
- Open-minded about different perspectives but assertive to flexibly process information and choose best path forward for business.
- Skilled communicator with demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of information and present data-driven synthesized recommendations to Key Stakeholders.
- Track record of hands-on leadership to execute initiatives grounded in analytics and requiring E2E trade-offs between operations and customers.
