Implementation Consultant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building trust with clients, understanding their organizational culture and processes, and suggesting improvements. They will also listen to and understand the main business needs of the client, defining critical success factors and aligning project objectives accordingly.

  1. Establish a relationship with the client to build trust;
  2. Understand, respect, and suggest improvements for the client's organizational culture related to processes and systems;
  3. Listen to and understand the main business needs and define critical success factors with the client;
  4. Align project objectives with critical success factors, respecting immediate needs, values, principles, and norms;
  5. Design the final implementation vision with the client to understand expectations;
  6. Implement the planned scope based on client processes to add value and support strategic decision-making;
  7. Demonstrate and train the client to ensure proper software use for continuous improvement and performance increase;
  8. Encourage the use of management tools as resource managers, providing analyses related to agribusiness expertise;
  9. Monitor system information for accuracy according to initial project goals;
  10. Propose continuous improvements focusing on processes;
  11. Identify client difficulties and propose optimal solutions;
  12. Maintain periodic contact with active clients, updating on new software features and promoting system use;
  13. Keep records of documents and reports updated (visits, quotes, travel reports, expenses).
