Key Responsibilities:
">- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on key business objectives, guiding strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
- Financial Planning & Reporting: Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and planning for the Japan market, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall company goals.
- Investment & Capital Allocation: Drive recommendations for investment opportunities and capital allocation to maximize returns and improve efficiency.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor business performance, identifying trends and insights to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
">- 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting at a high-growth technology startup or established company.
- Advanced modeling skills; ability to translate complex and dynamic operational drivers into financial models.
- Strong communication skills, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, managing multiple projects while ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Proven success in project management, operational execution, and performance management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
