We are seeking an experienced Live Events Trader to join our team. As a key member of our trading team, you will be responsible for shaping customer experience and ensuring seamless and enjoyable betting experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor real-time sports events and perform live trading with accuracy and precision
  • Supervise and adjust data to provide competitive live odds and enhance the customer experience
  • Provide rapid results for various sports events, utilizing your analytical skills to optimize offerings
  • Evaluate events based on potential demand to offer competitive markets and drive business growth
  • Continuously monitor bet placements, assess risks, and take measures to manage and mitigate risks, ensuring a secure and profitable trading environment
  • Maintain effective communication within the trading team and with external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, finance)
  • Strong interest in sports with a good understanding of various sports and betting markets, including strategies for optimizing trading performance
  • Proven analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Betting/sportsbook playing experience/activity, with a deep understanding of the market and customer behavior
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
  • Multitasking abilities and PC literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and systems
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours in line with the business and sports calendar requirements, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
