At Sagemcom, we are embarking on a new project to manufacture water meters and seek talented individuals to join our team. We are looking for a skilled Technology Systems and Operations Specialist to support the development and implementation of our solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic project that involves working with cutting-edge technology systems and operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong analytical abilities, and good communication skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be willing to learn and adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform integration tests between Customer information systems and Sagemcom solution (Meter Data Management System & Head End System & Smart meters)
- Participate in customer acceptance tests
- Define system integration tests and user acceptance tests, according to system specifications
- Perform troubleshooting on the End-to-End solution during system integration tests and user acceptance tests
- Report issues to Sagemcom product teams
- Prepare and share periodic reports showing the test campaigns progress
- Integration and troubleshooting of complex distributed systems
- Methodology for validation of Software applications
- Experience on Linux (Redhat / Centos) & Software server environment: usage of the shell, creation and execution of scripts
- Good knowledge of communication protocols (TCP/IP stack, network captures analysis) and security (PKI, TLS)
- Customer-centric approach
- Collaboration with R&D offshore teams
