HR Operations Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate with the HR back office in Brazil to implement and operate end-to-end local HR processes, including enrollment, resignation, change, labor contract, attendance, etc., to establish a consistent Cainiao HR service for overseas employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the local HR contact point for Group HR-related consultations from employees.
- Continuously optimize local HR processes.
- Cooperate with the HR TD/OC team to lead local HR projects such as employee satisfaction improvement, atmosphere enhancement, team buildings, training, etc.
- Provide continuous local HR guidance and support.
Requirements:
- English can be used as the working language.
- More than 2 years of HR experience, familiar with local HR practices.
- Familiar with process and project management experience, with certain data analysis ability preferred.
- Active planning ability and strong operational thinking, be optimistic, proactive, good at communication and coordination, actively promote the project progress, and coordinate all parties to get results.
- Good sense of customer service, patient and meticulous, pay attention to team cooperation and trust partners.
