About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Digital Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions on various digital platforms.

  • Onboarding and Demo Presentations: You will work with clients to understand their business needs and provide personalized demo presentations.
  • Demos and Consultations: Lead demo calls and product consultations to ensure clients have a clear understanding of the platform's capabilities.
  • Implementation Strategy: Collaborate with clients to develop plans for integrating our platform into their business processes.
  • Content and Training Support
  • Educational Content: Assist in creating training materials, YouTube videos, and knowledge base content to support client success.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to user queries and comments in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tech Savviness: A strong interest in technology and automation tools.
  • Support and Communication Skills: Experience in technical support or customer service with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Marketing and Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales funnels, customer journeys, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in Portuguese for client communication.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work within the Latin American time zone and adapt to new product updates and customer needs.
