Sales and Relationship Development Specialist

Job Purpose:
- The Sales and Relationship Development Specialist shall be responsible for achieving loan targets and maintaining good loan portfolio quality.
- Also responsible for relationship management/account servicing to ensure the maintenance of good loan portfolio quality.
Main Accountabilities:
- Identify, solicit, and maintain desirable loan accounts in the assigned area of responsibility.
- Implement identified marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
- Gather, assess, and validate loan documentary requirements and salient business information on a first-hand/personalized basis, covering operational and financial aspects necessary for credit evaluation/review and decision.
- Assess the most suitable funding structure and utilization for clients based on their present needs.
- Implement proactive account monitoring and servicing activities to ensure the maintenance of good loan portfolio quality.
- Provide inputs for the improvement of existing policies and guidelines of the lending operation.
- Perform remedial collection efforts.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervising leader.
Job Qualifications:
- 4-year college graduate of any program/course.
- With or without experience.
- Preferably with a motorcycle and license.
- Willing to do field work.
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
