About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Clerk to join our team. As a Legal Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for clients and legal partners, handling incoming calls and performing key administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring clients feel supported and understood.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling efficiently.
  • Support the intake manager with day-to-day tasks and escalate any urgent issues when needed.
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry, document formatting, and digital file management.
  • Provide a seamless experience by balancing phone communications with backend support tasks.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in administrative or receptionist roles; law firm experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management tools.

This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as the role involves frequent communication with Spanish-speaking clients.

Work Environment:

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Latin America.
