Inventory Management Specialist

This role involves coordinating the inventory of hardware and electrical components in a datacenter environment, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), warranty claims, invoices, logistics documentation, deliveries, pickups, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Track serial and part numbers, maintain control spreadsheets, and generate daily operational reports to inform management decisions.
  • Conduct physical and system-based inventory checks using ERP systems to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, manage time and resources efficiently, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
