Job Description:

As a Senior Designer, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the global experience for buying IBM hardware. Your primary responsibility will be to help reinvent the configuration and order management process, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to define strategy and coordinate work.

You will be the technical reference for design excellence, ensuring that market and design best practices are applied to the team's work. This involves prototyping experiences at various levels of fidelity, collaborating with peers to define and maintain a Design Guide, and building processes that sustain high-quality work.

Additionally, you will contribute to driving processes and practices, communicate effectively, collaborate, and innovate, promoting a positive culture on a team scale. You will also have the opportunity to work on multiple phases of the product lifecycle, interacting with different development teams and users worldwide.

In this role, you will have the chance to develop, improve, and scale design practices and processes, as well as mentor teammates and other colleagues, acting as a technical reference and advocate for design practices.
