About This Role

This is an opportunity to drive customer experience and satisfaction through effective training. The successful candidate will develop a global service training strategy, execution framework, and learning curriculum to build the skills of Customer Service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and define training strategy, execution framework, and learning curriculum to achieve best-in-class customer service.
  • Identify critical business needs, prioritize resources, and ensure consistent targeting of learning solution expectations.
  • Effectively manage training projects from start to finish.
  • Coach other Customer Service personnel to develop and deliver training in areas of specialization.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and recommend ways to increase return on investment.
  • Maintain organizational understanding of training priorities, plans, and progress.
