We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to join our Global People Partner team. In this role, you will work closely with line managers and senior leaders to provide advice, coaching, and support to employees.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about employee experience and wants to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • You will be responsible for managing employee onboarding, ensuring that new hires have a positive induction experience from day one. You will also be accountable for facilitating the pay-day experience every month, providing support and guidance to management teams with ongoing performance management, and conducting exit interviews to learn more about how we can improve the working environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Providing advice, coaching, and support to employees and management teams
  • Managing employee onboarding and ensuring a positive induction experience

Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HRBP or junior HR advisory role, preferably in a fast-paced, complex organisation
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application in a business environment
  • Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of business operations and strategic thinking
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
