
Employee Experience Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to drive employee engagement, coordinate program operations, and ensure an optimal employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of regional and functional Culture & Belonging plans by coordinating talent initiatives, logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Partner with ERG leaders to review and approve requests for support and provide enablement and hosting for events
- Provide operational support for recognition programs including troubleshooting issues, allocating resources, and managing employee inquiries
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent time-management skills and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
