The People Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive employee experience, providing guidance and support to colleagues and ex-employees on various policies and processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our People, Culture & Communications function, driving continuous improvement and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, line managers, and people advisors, resolving queries related to employee life cycles via live channels.
- Create, update, triage, and resolve cases efficiently, adhering to our service commitment and escalating when necessary.
- Proactively seek advice on unclear processes and suggest innovative solutions to problems.
- Complete transactions accurately within people and culture applications.
- Diagnose individual system queries and provide resolutions.
- Support new joiners, movers, and leavers by delivering enhanced care services.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to knowledge creation and maintenance.
- Collaborate on global change and implementation projects.
- Support cyclical people and culture activities.
