People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled People Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing employee experience across the employment lifecycle, acting as an advisor to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice, coaching and support to managers and employees to improve employee experience and retention
  • Work with Talent Acquisition, HRSSC, Global Business Services and line managers to facilitate employee onboarding and ensure a positive induction experience
  • Ensure employees receive a positive pay-day experience every month
  • Support the management team with ongoing performance management and provide guidance to employees as they develop their careers
  • Manage offboarding respectfully and conduct exit interviews to learn more about how we can improve the working environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HRBP or junior HR advisory role in a fast-paced, complex organisation
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian employment legislation and its practical application in a business environment
  • Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of business operations and strategic thinking
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Solutions-oriented approach with a proven track record of delivering results and handling complex HR matters
  • Experience with HR analytics and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Experience managing monthly Payroll inputs to ensure employees receive a positive pay day experience
  • Experience in an international or multi-site environment
  • Familiarity with HR technology and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English and Portuguese
