About the Role

We're seeking a People Partner to join our fast-paced team, supporting the management and development of our growing workforce.

This strategic advisor will take our HR strategies to the next level by providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in all aspects of human resources.

The ideal candidate will be a data-oriented and results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactively identify people issues and trends within the business and work together with key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions.
  • Optimise day-to-day HR operations with central teams, keeping customer-centricity and automation in mind.
  • Lead performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures within your accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of world-class HR policies and procedures.
Requirements

We need someone with:

  • Experience in a regulated financial services environment, such as banking or fintech.
  • Analytical thinking and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • A data and process-driven approach towards HR.
  • To be results-driven and numbers-oriented.
  • Extensive knowledge of local labour laws.
  • Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing policies and procedures.
