Overview

The role of the Strategic HR Partnerships Manager is to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and improve employee engagement.

  • Develop strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Design and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior HR team members to develop and implement global HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate with business leaders on organizational effectiveness and HR partnering change management efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 4+ years experience within an HR function as an HR generalist or combination of generalist and specialist experience.
  • English language proficiency with written and verbal communications.
  • Extensive knowledge of United States Federal and state employment legislation, policies, and standards.
  • Experience supporting US-based employees and global employees.
  • Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including experience with data analysis tools.
