Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions
- Guide clients through trading platforms with clarity
- Handle onboarding and account support
- Collaborate across teams to elevate client feedback
- Follow up on service concerns and log product issues
- Fluent English (Portuguese language is a bonus)
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in FX, KYC, or AML?
- Confident communicator across chat, phone, and email
- Calm under pressure and driven by people-first mindset
- Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and team player
