An Advocate for Commercial Property Clients
The Associate Client Advocate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences. This involves collaborating closely with Producers and Client Advocates to support relationships, develop strategic placement initiatives with brokers, and execute insurance programs.
Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day needs of Commercial Property and Casualty clients, leading client service activities in partnership with a Client Specialist, and developing a comprehensive understanding of each client's business and industry.
As a key contact for service, escalation, and placement needs, the Associate Client Advocate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities also include:
- Developing strategic placement initiatives with brokers
- Executing customized insurance programs
- Managing complex client relationships
- Participating in critical client meetings
