Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing commercial real estate operations, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, design, implementation, and operation. They will also possess expertise in project management, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions, including site selection, construction pricing, development, entitlements, and leasing.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience from due diligence to implementation and operation.
  • Fluency in English (read/write/verbal).
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and related components.
  • Experience utilizing commercial real estate software platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish processes, workflows, and standard procedures.
  • Seven or more years of experience in commercial real estate operations.
  • Experience with industrial real estate portfolios.
