Property Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our short- and long-term rental properties.

The successful candidate will manage relationships with property owners, guests, vendors, insurance providers, and building administrations.

  • Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis.
  • Manage and analyze cash flow.
  • Prepare accounting reports and oversee bookkeeping.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Supervise facility staff and external contractors.
  • Schedule and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate performance of facility staff.
RequirementsMUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in property management and facilities.
  • Solid knowledge of financial management applied to real estate.
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
NICE TO HAVE:
  • International experience.
  • Familiarity with property management software.
