Transaction Coordinator Role Overview

This position involves overseeing acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring timely settlements. You will serve as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process acquisitions promptly to facilitate quick market entry.
  • Review and input contracts/settlement statements into our CRM accurately.
  • Manage relationships with title companies to ensure timely processing of settlements.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
  • High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
