
Business Acquisitions and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Acquisitions and Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a strategic part in reducing customer risk and churn, facilitating product adoption, and supporting account expansion.
Your primary goal will be to develop trust with customers, understand their objectives, and align expectations to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities and craft collaboration roadmaps to drive growth.
- Onboard new customers, introducing them to our products like Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications.
- Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers across industries.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, or IoT.
Required Skills- Experience with CRM tools is highly valued.
The role requires strong presentation skills, process improvement expertise, and excellent team collaboration abilities. Knowledge of agile methodologies and proficiency in English are essential.
