As a Murex Support Engineer, you will be part of our Solutions practice, which is one of the world's leading teams in implementing, integrating, upgrading, and migrating Murex solutions.

We are seeking individuals with experience in finance, technology, or mathematics, particularly those with a background in capital markets. Your skills in analyzing complex problems, developing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be valuable assets to our organization.

About the Role

  • Analyze, formulate, propose, develop, and contribute to overall solutions as per deliverables.
  • Develop requirements per given stream and according to resolution needs as they arise.
  • Manage day-to-day assigned tasks to complete various deliverables.
  • Contribute to support group efforts in resolving requests or issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements.
  • Continuously follow new Application developments, enhancements, version upgrades, regulations, and practices globally.
  • Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables and participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT).

The Ideal Candidate

  • 4+ years' experience with Murex functionalities.
  • 2+ years' experience in financial markets technology.
  • Hands-on experience in Murex Infra/Environment/Config Management, Back-Office Workflows, Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle.
  • Strong personality, logical, and analytical skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD, COM.
  • Understanding of P&L concept overall and its components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
  • Strong experience in supporting end-users and resolving daily issues.
