Key Business Outcomes Specialist

As a Key Business Outcomes Specialist, you will engage with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and technological constraints during solution, transition, and delivery phases.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in system architecture and design, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.

Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems, and infrastructure is also crucial. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.

They will also have experience in developing SOWs, LLD HLDs, and proficiency in scripting. A Bachelor's/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

A proven track record as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer is also necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technological constraints during solution, transition, and delivery phases.
  • Provide remote and onsite technical consulting expertise in the development of solution, transition, and delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Test existing systems and processes, identifying technical requirements and potential challenges during both transition and delivery.
  • Support the design and architect solutions, considering scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure the implementation of solutions aligns with the overall strategy.
  • Conduct reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with architecture principles and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
