Role OverviewWe seek an experienced Professional with a customer-centric approach to proactively engage potential customers, guide them through onboarding, and ensure seamless transitions onto our platform.
This role demands exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude towards converting inquiries into active users, and a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Outbound Communications: Establish connections with customers who have expressed interest in our offerings.
- Customer Conversion: Convert potential customers into engaged members by providing a positive experience, addressing concerns, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
- Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's portfolio to effectively convey value, benefits, and unique features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service, CRM, Operations, and Marketing teams to share insights and enhance customer conversion and engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years in outbound sales and customer service roles.
- Prior experience in iGaming or online casino industry is essential.
- At least 6 months of voice/phone call center experience handling US-based accounts.

- Passion for delivering top-tier support and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in using customer-facing software.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus but not essential.
