This position will assist with community engagement event planning and management, promoting awareness of health disparities and building relationships with community-based equity advocates. The Community Program Assistant is responsible for providing support to research centers, collecting and organizing data, and engaging with local organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving health and quality of life, demonstrated knowledge of neighborhoods and communities, and strong communication skills. A bachelor's degree is required, and experience working with the public in a health or social service-related field is preferred.

This role requires the ability to work independently, maintain records accurately, and use sound judgments in decision-making. Basic computer skills are also required.
