Clinical Mental Health Specialist

Mental health professionals provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, couples, families, or groups. They utilize various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients overcome psychological challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized mental health support through telehealth or onsite sessions
- Address a range of clinical cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, and more
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop client programs and improve services
Requirements:
- Clinical Psychologist: Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with 300 hours of post-qualification clinical experience and practicum training
- Expertise: Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT)
- License: Active license applicable to the country of practice
- Experience: Minimum 300 clinical hours post-master's degree
- Languages: Proficient in English and local languages
- Preferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
- Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
