Clinical Psychologist Role

Clinical psychologists specialize in assessing and treating mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. They use evidence-based therapies to help patients manage symptoms, develop coping strategies, and improve overall well-being.


Job Description:
  • Provide high-quality mental health support to clients through telehealth or onsite sessions
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client programs and services

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in clinical psychology with a minimum of 300 hours of post-qualification clinical experience
  • Expertise in evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT, and SFBT
  • Valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice
  • Minimum 300 clinical hours post-master's degree
  • Proficiency in English and local language
  • Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles is preferred
  • Flexibility for occasional onsite work if necessary
