Job Title: Mental Health Specialist


About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled mental health specialist to provide high-quality support and guidance to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering telehealth or onsite mental health services to individuals struggling with various challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Support: Offer 1-on-1 mental health support to our clients via telehealth or onsite sessions, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Clinical Cases: Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal clinical team to improve our platform and client programs, ensuring seamless delivery of quality care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clinical Background: Hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 300 hours of post-qualification clinical/therapy experience, plus practicum/placement/internship.
  • Expertise: Possess expertise in CBT or other evidence-based approaches, such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Maintain valid and active licenses applicable to your country of practice.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master's degree.
  • Languages: Demonstrate proficiency in English and your local language.
  • Preferred Background: Prior experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles is beneficial.
