As a senior talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and professional contacts.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient onboarding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an in-house talent acquisition team.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for each position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
