
Global Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our team and drive client success in the Americas region. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical application support and integration expertise to our clients.
You will work closely with our global team to support and grow our business by providing technical assistance and guidance to our clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in technical support roles for electronic trading systems, with a focus on client-facing interactions. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical application support and integration expertise to clients across the Americas region.
- Collaborate with our global team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our services and support offerings.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and enhance our overall client experience.
Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency in Portuguese and English.
- 4+ years of experience in technical support or implementation roles for electronic trading systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Fixed Income, FX, and/or Equities workflows, including regulations like MiFID and SFTR.
- Hands-on experience with message protocols such as FIX, SFTP, or MQ.
- An understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Able to document and explain complex technology stacks clearly.
- Calm under pressure, with sharp prioritization skills and a strong sense of urgency.
- Proven track record of solving complex issues and collaborating with senior technical stakeholders.
- Able to identify commercial opportunities and support Pre-Sales engagement, working closely with Product Managers, Business Leads, and Engineers.
