Job Title: CRM BPC for Financial Services Operations
">As a Senior Business Process Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional consulting and managing end-to-end process improvements. You will leverage your domain expertise to contribute to early process design with technical consultants, gather requirements through workshops, and translate them into functional specifications.
">Some of the key responsibilities of this role include leading less complex teams, specializing in 1-2 ServiceNow offerings, translating complex business requirements into configuration needs, authoring user stories for agile development, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, sharing insights with product teams, and leading best practices.
">Additionally, you will coach and mentor junior team members on solutioning, building expertise, and addressing project challenges. You will also share learnings and new practices across the BPC community, apply ServiceNow knowledge and FSO domain expertise in customer engagements to provide optimum workflows, and design efficient workflows based on ServiceNow FSO product capabilities and leading practices.
">Other responsibilities of this role include drafting user stories, training customers to create their own user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer, supporting customers in reviewing and approving user stories, and maintaining skills and certifications on CSM and FSO.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Industry domain expertise in CSM and FSO (Financial Services Operations).
- Creativity with comfort running projects independently.
- Proven ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Experience working collaboratively.
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
- Advanced English.
