Job Description

The role of a Senior Business Process Manager involves overseeing the implementation of business processes in our back office systems and trading tools. This entails working closely with the business to prioritize enhancements and manage support at various levels.

Key responsibilities include delivering level 3 support, owning incident management for your solution, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth implementation.

Additionally, you will act as an internal consultant providing expertise to support decision-making concerning the solution and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have experience in IT best practices and SAP CO.
  • Must have experience in IT projects and financial controlling.
  • Must have experience with SAP and possess strong analytical skills.
