Senior Program Manager for Process Excellence
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex projects and foster strong relationships across multiple business units and regions.
- Manage cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic projects that enhance market position.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive collaboration and ensure each project supports broader business goals.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring execution within timelines and budgets.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the region to drive revenue and market share.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consulting and/or program or project management.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Lean Management methodologies and frameworks.
- Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish, both verbal and written, and English as a mandatory second language.
